Sadistic Love Lesson by Kijou Arito and The Guardian Beast of Flower 1 by Momono Miku (3L Comic manga out nau~)

Preempting the ElexLevelm&c! posts of the last fortnight (I’m terribly late neway) because I’m sure yours truly is the only non-3L blogger in the vicinity (even if I’m also hands down the tardiest).

Street date: 8 April 2014 per Telor Ceplok 3L special correspondent Lenchan. (One online source dates them to the 10th; I got my copies on the 11th.)

Sadistic Love Lesson (Tiga Lancar Comic/3L)

S Kei Love ♡ Lesson © Kijou Arito / Shogakukan [Moba Fura Flower Comics]. Published in Indonesia as Sadistic Love Lesson by Tiga Lancar Comic (3L)

I lead off with Sadistic Love ♡ Lesson, 3L’s first Kijou Arito manga.

“How could I let go of such an interesting toy?”

Gamaran 16, The Breaker New Waves 3, The Sound of Ice 2 of 2 (m&c! manga and manhwa)

26 March 2014, Part: m&c! post. I apologize for sticking to my resolve not to miss any street date, no matter how late the effort. (I do know what day it is.) Hopefully, available time permits later sked posts before the 16 April titles overtake. (Talk about optimistic.)

Gamaran 16 (m&c!)

Gamaran vol 16 © Nakamaru Yosuke / Kodansha [First serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine]. Published in Indonesia by PT Gramedia (m&c!)

Faced with the formidable Tsurumaru Shinsuke, Iori discovers the battle lust even his mentor Kamedenbo fears. Meanwhile, a traitor leaves a trail of dead Unabara guards on his way to the south pavilion...and Jinsuke.

Drifters 2, Bloody Monday Season 2 volume 7, Bambino Secondo 13 of 13 (Level Comics manga)

Ongoing–penultimate–finale. How about that egalitarian distribution? The the too totally intriguing Misteri di Balik JerujiJoshū Rei – Hei no Naka no Satsuriku Game—should’ve occupied third place but it didn’t street per sked/remains unavailable, so Ban’s manga gets the bump up the ladder.

Street date: 26 March 2014, Part: Level. Seekers of later skedded titles are directed here or here (AoT 8!) or to their nearest manga purveyors.

Drifters 2 (Level Comics)

Drifters vol 2 © Hirano Kouta / Shonen Gahosha [Serialized in Young King Ours]. Published in Indonesia by Level Comics, a division of Elex Media Komputindo

Locals dub them Drifters — stragglers from other places, other times. Sengoku’s strongest samurai Shimazu Toyohisa and historical giants Oda Nobunaga and Nasu no Yoichi have all been spirited from their temporal dimensions to battle the Drifters’ evil equivalents, the similarly time-stranded Ends.

The Ends, living up to their name, beget death and destruction, and gleefully hunt down the Drifters.

Can our good guys (in a manner of speaking as Nobunaga objects) rout The Ends and avert world(s) destruction?

The Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer 1 by Mizukami Satoshi, C0de:Breaker 10, Blazer Drive 6 (Elex Media manga releases)

Blazer Drive 6 actually ended up in a stand-off with Ghost’s Doctor 13 and School Rumble 20 for third Most Wanted. (Talk about a Shonen Magz show of force, if belated). And after a valiant fight, C:B concedes the top GET! spot to the newbie, The Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer.

Be it ever so late, this post (still) refers to 26 March 2014 Elex releases.

Given 0 time to reject, Yuhi is bestowed a ring and the power not only to save the world but also to protect Samidare, an obstinate princess ten times stronger than he. How so? Because even thus armed, Yuhi needs rescuing from an enemy by neighbor Asahina Samidare.

Who has ambitions unexpected.

The Majorly Married manga first.

All my wishes come true!

Karin, the spoiled daughter of a wealthy family, learns that her dad plans to marry her off to his friend’s son when she turns Sweet Sixteen. Karin doesn’t actually dislike the idea, although she goes through the obligatory (oblivious) veto—armed with a knife, no less—before she discovers that her husband-to-be is her first love, Tsurugi-senpai.

It’s written in the stars! We are soul mates!

But as it turns out, life after the wedding is nowhere near as sweet as Karin imagines.
