Before bringing us the marvellous Ouran High School Host Club, 葉鳥 ビスコ Hatori Bisco-sensei made her debut in Hakusensha's LaLa DX magazine with Isshun kan no Romance (A Moment of Romance). She then went on to create Sennen no Yuki (Millennium Snow or A Thousand Years of Snow) and our current favorite shôjo manga.

I'm including the anime fan book below because while the anime chara designs were done by 高橋 久美子 Takahashi Kumiko, Haruhi, Tamaki, Kyouya, Hikaru, Kaoru, Hani-senpai, and Mori-senpai were Hatori-sensei's first.

Expect edits to the Ouran entries because the manga is still ongoing (and aren't we glad?)
Expect also lists of Ouran Koukou Host Club in English (VIZ and ChuangYi releases, the latter having published the ninth volume in the last quarter of 2006) and in Indonesian (a rundown of the per-chapter serialization appearing in the HanaLala magazine for now).
Sennen no Yuki manga
This two-volume series re-titled Millennium Snow started its English publication this year. VIZ released volume 1 on 2007.04.03 and has scheduled the volume 2 for a 2007.07.03 street date. As of April 2007, ChuangYi has advised that it will be releasing its version under the title A Thousand Years of Snow.

... I am looking for Ishunkan No Romance. I look for it everywhere but I always disappoint when I know the result... ;___; I want to translate it to my language... Where can I find it? Can you help me? Uhm... Maybe It's an English scan or at least, an Japanese scan... Anyway, thanks XD

ReplyDeleteI believe Isshunkan no Romance can be found in the first volume of Sennen no Yuki, alternatively known as Millennium Snow (VIZ version) and A Thousand Years of Snow (ChuangYi version).
