Ambiguous they didn't say whether S.A, Strike Witches, or the upcoming Rosario + Vampire Capu2 were part of the package, but GDH has partnered with Singapore's E2Max Center to screen GONZO properties via the internet café owned by subsid of Singapore- and Malaysia-based entertainment group Cathay Organisation.
E2Max Center launched Anime Chambers, an exclusive space in the E2Max @ Cine-L9 internet café, with members only getting to view English-subtitled GONZO anime, or playing online games published by GDH subsidiary GONZO Rosso Malaysia. Anime Chambers' private rooms come with a 42-inch monitor but five people is the max capacity for each room and while games (some) are free, you'd need a prepaid card from GONZO Rosso Malaysia for those in-game item Gets!
The café also carries a line of GONZO anime merch and if/when GDH makes good on its promise, non-GONZO produced anime.
The partnership is supposed to promote legal anime and games in Singapore. As Jtor's Aoi-san noted, this is good for these downloady times, and I guess this is still part of saving the kingdom, though probably a long way from bailing parent company GDH out. GDH posted some 3.75 billion yen in losses last year—and the Tokyo Stock Exchange has warned that unless its financials improves, it faces delisting.
