Having ogled this latest ominously-titled, Narushima Yuri manga at my favorite newsstand just yesterday, per promise, I'm furnishing info left out from the earlier-posted 17 November 2008 m&c! manga list.
(Please humor my analities.)
The Last Train Schedule originally titled Shuuden Jikoku 「 終電時刻 少年怪奇シリーズ 2 」 is the second book in the Order of the Shounen Kaiki supernatural/drama trilogy by Narushima Yuri-sensei, published by Kadokawa Shoten under the Asuka Comics imprint. The first and third volumes are Tonari no Machi de Shindahito and Shika Kari. (Going by the covers, Shika Kari had been released earlier in Indonesia as Haunted White Van.)
Speaking of covers, as you can see, the Indonesian Shuuden Jikoku version differs from the original tanko's (first released in March 2002; pictured on the right). From having peeked at the copyright page, however, I'm confident we're talking about the same manga.
Synopsis
Nashizawa Kazuto dies messily from an accident on the day he wins a 200 million lottery. Nashikawa the ghost brings with him his feelings of inadequacy from when he was alive and had barely accomplished anything. He wanders, lost, until the day he meets that boy and hears that violin music...
(Don't ask me for more; that's all I have. I didn't read Haunted White Van, nor for that matter, that other Narushima-sensei manga, The Last Episode, that until now makes me wonder if it is the first Order of the Shounen Kaiki book.)
