In this second volume of Hirano Kouta-sensei's seinen manga, Sir Integra faces down a ghoul army during an emergency conclave to discuss the implications of the high-tech transmitters recently found in the bodies of incomplete vampires. The charging horde, led by Jane and Luke Valentine, proceed to feast on the Hellsing members. It's up to Alucard, Seras, and Walter to mount a rescue and recover Sir Integra. Civil war erupts in Schikandals City, with the Regium military forces clashing with greenhorn soldiers. As the internecine strife peaks at its bloodiest, retired captain Robin Stoner shows up and deploys the Pulse Arm. He succeeds in transforming SAA into an iron coffin, but will he likewise succeed in ending the conflict and coaxing the soldiers into the real battle?
