Bleach 14 streets next Wednesday. That out of the way, let me proceed to babbling about NG Life volume 2, which m&c! is also releasing the same day.

NG Life 2

Keidai Saeki, a reincarnated Pompeiian warrior, is not the only one from his Roman town-city reborn into the body a high school student (his wife now spends her time as junior high school boy and his best male friend, as a cute girl); however, he's the only one who remembers the really, really, really distant past.

That's about to change as another Pompeiian makes an appearance, one who recalls life back in the CE 79 day. Unfortunately, this newcomer/old-timer harbors ill feelings not even a volcanic eruption nor 1,900 years elapsing can wipe out.

New manga

This round m&c! brings us the shoujo anthology Touch of Emptiness from Fujitsuka Yuki, creator of Kingyou Sou that m&c! retitled Silent Love Song. I'm terribly certain that Touch of Emptiness was originally Kara no Shounen, published by Hakusensha in July 2008. The title story stars Asagi Ao, a boy who can delete memories people have of him with a bare touch. It's a memory-cleaning power that comes in handy, seeing as Ao is not what you'd call a "people person." The situation becomes Is that a tear? complicated when Ao finds himself wanting to get close to someone. [Adapted from Aerandria Scans's summary]

Meanwhile, I think Sweet Natsumi by Kohara Yuuko is Otona no Okusuri, originally serialized in Ciao and published in tankou in January 2009. I'll confirm when I have additional information.

Finally, this being the Ramadhan fasting month, m&c! is also coming out with Ngabuburit from the local GN line KOLONI.

As for concluding series, we have the finales for Dachs (volume 2) and The Era of Aerial Sepulture AKA Era of Death (volume 9).
