baka-girl's ABCs of Bishie [Updated 2011.03.22]

Inspired by huamulan03's ABCs of Manga: Shoujo Manga-ka version, I've come to deliver a similar list, but this one is about bishounen. Who doesn't know what a bishounen is? Show me a fangirl who doesn't know what that term means, and I'll show you The End of The World as we know it :D
Before reading this list, I suggest that you first prepare a box of tissues. Heavy nosebleeds, you know xD

Ah, I've limited to myself to only one bishie per anime/manga ^^ Also, please forgive the alphabetizing inconsistencies (sometimes using the first name, sometimes the last). You try finding bishies with G, P, Q or X last (or first) names.

A is for Athrun Zala (Gundam Seed)

Actually, I was planning to give “A” to Ash. Then I remembered a very important A—yes, it's Athrun-sama! Ohh, how can I forget about him? *smacks myself* xD I would've considered giving “A” to Allen had he not devolved into 'that'. (The present D.Gray-man artwork is enough to make me cry).

B is for Blood (Koori no Mamono no Monogatari)

Couldn't find a bishie with a B last name, so I'm giving it to Blood, a pure-blooded demon in Koori no Mamono no Monogatari who also happens to have blond (and sometimes) long hair. Who can resist him?

C is for Cain C. Hargreaves (Hakushaku Cain)

Other nominees:

• Cesare Borgia (Cantarella)

No one can beat Cain in section C, not even Cesare with his Cunning personality! If you ask me who is my favorite character from Yuki Kaori, it's got to be Cain! He's so strong-willed and awesome in his own way.

D is for Dark Mousy (D.N.Angel)

Okay, who doesn't like Dark? He's so sexy! Even though he always flirts with other girls, he really cares for Risa. That side of him is what I really like! And I really like it when he teases Daisuke ^^

E is for Echizen Ryoma (Tennis no Oujisama)

He's, like, my hero when I was 16, but now I don't like him as much as when I was younger. He still makes it here because I couldn't find another E last-named character :p

F is for Firo Prochainezo (Baccano!)

Other nominees:

• Frau (07-Ghost)

Firo is my favorite character from Baccano! and Frau is my favorite character from 07-Ghost. Both of them are good looking and cool, but I like Firo more than Frau. It's because his immortality makes him more awesome in many ways xD

G is for ?

Help me out here, peeps. :D Can't find any bishie whose last name begins with G.

H is for Hibari Kyoya (Katekyo Hitman Reborn!)

To choose one from four bishie with H (not H bishies, LOL) was harder than you think. All of them are very attractive and cool. But I decided to give it to Hibari because I'm afraid he's going to say I'll bite you to death if I don't give it to him :p

I is for Inuyasha (Inuyasha)

Yeah, you win, Inuyasha, because no one else has “I” in his last name other than you. He's like Ryoma to me, my favorite when I was around 16 and fell out of favor as I got older :p

J is for Jack Vessalius (Pandora Hearts)

We have Jack and James in section J. Actually I was going to give it to James, since he's so handsome and caring. But I can't resist Jack's long blond hair. Not to mention, his smile is so cute! So, J is for Jack ^^

K is for Kazehaya Shouta (Kimi ni Todoke)

Ooh, this section is the hardest out of all. I really wanted to pick them all! I can't believe I threw out Masaomi, my favorite from Durarara!!, and Zero, also my favorite from Vampire Knight (but if I pick Kaname, it's still K; same goes for Ichigo, Shinichi and Tasuku.) But after taking hours to decide, I finally settled on Kazehaya. Maybe he's not as good-looking as Zero nor as cheerful as Masaomi, but I chose him because he's just so adorable! And so kind to everyone! And so caring, even to someone like Sawako! Really he's the type of guy that you will never encounter in RL xD

L is for Lelouch Lamperouge (Code Geass)

You won, Lelouch-sama. Even if I had other nominees in this section, I would've still chosen you. Did you use your Geass on me to get picked for section L? :)) But even if you didn't Geass me, you still would've ended up here because you're so sexy, cunning and really fit my type!

M is for Mochizuki Jirou (Black Blood Brothers)

• Mudo Setsuna (Angel Sanctuary)

Vampire Jirou manages to be the number one in section M. He even beats Setsuna and Seiji. Well, he's a vampire, that's already a plus point. He also has long hair, that's another plus point. He even wears a long red coat that makes him Bad-Ass Awesome! So, of course M is for Mochizuki Jiro ^^

N is for Nura Rikuo, youkai form (Nurarihyon no Mago)

Other nominees:

• Nagisa Kaworu (Neon Genesis Evangelion)
• Natsume Takashi (Natsume Yujincho)
• Narumi Ayumu (Spiral: Suiri no Kizuna)

Two of these N guys are also White-Haired Bishie, my favorite type. Actually I was wavering between Rikuo and Kaworu. But even though Kaworu was very droolicious, I can't make him “N” because I really, really like Rikuo (in his youkai form, of course). Section N also has Narumi Ayumu; he's cool but he can't beat Rikuo xD

O is for Ogami Rei (Code:Breaker)

• Otonashi Yuzuru (Angel Beats!)
• Ojiro Kazuma (Faster than a Kiss)

Ogami with his blue fire manages to defeat Otonashi and Kazuma. He wins because I have a strong tendency to love every male from Kamijyo Akimine's works. Actually, Kazuma might've defeated him if only he still acted like a delinquent :)

P is for ?

Same as G, no idea for this one.

Q is for ?

Again, same as G and P.

R is for Rukawa Kaede (Slam Dunk)

Oh, I feel so bad for forgetting Rukawa. Thanks to Sapphire Pyro-san who remind me. Tall, good-looking, skilled in basketball, who doesn't like him? His cool attitude is another point that makes him so charming. Really love it when he fights with Hanamichi ^^

S is for Shiro Kamui (X/1999)

• Saito Yakumo (Shinrei Tantei Yakumo)
• Sawada Shin (Gokusen)

Another tough section beside K. Section S has so many promising bishie! But I must go with Kamui because he's so cool~ I love how CLAMP developed his character, and I liked him even more after Kotori's death. Tamaki is the second in this section, but the King's pheromones weren't enough to dethrone Kamui :p And we also have Kyo, Yakumo and Shin in this section. Tempting, isn't it?

T is for Tsuruga Ren (Skip Beat!)

• Tsunashi Takuto (Star Driver: Kagayaki no Takuto)
• Thor (Jyu Oh Sei)

When I made this list, I was very sure that I would give T to Tsuruga Ren. He has everything that girls want. He's good-looking, kind and he's a genius when it comes to acting. We also have Train from Black Cat, who would've made a good rival for Ren if only he stayed cool as when he's in Chronos; Takuto-kun, our fabulous Ginga Bishounen; and Thor from Jyu Oh Sei, with white hair I love so much xD

U is for Usui Shusei (Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru)

• Usui Takumi (Kaichou wa Maid-sama!)
• Usui Kyo (Black Bird)

Can't believe that all the guys in section U have same last name, Usui. If you didn't know, you would've thought they were brothers! I gave U for Usui Shusei, because he's so calm and cool, and I love his style. Takumi the Alien and Kyo the Tengu are equally good-looking. I had a hard time choosing this one because none of these guys was that special to me, but if I must pick, I'll go with Shusei.

V is for Vivi (Hana to Akuma)

Other nominees:

• Vald (Crimson Spell)

Even Prince Vald can't beat Vivi. Yes, Vivi was so adorable that he was able to snatch this position so easily. Vivi with his black hair was enough to make me reread Hana to Akuma so many times (the story is great too). I like the side of him that really cares about Hana. Vivi isn't that great without his love for Hana! =D

W is for Wolfram von Bielefeld (Kyou Kara Maou)

Other nominees:

• Watanuki Kimihiro (xxxHOLiC)

Wolfram or Watanuki was a tough choice. But I decided to go with Wolfram since I love his blond hair. Watanuki was good too, actually. But since he become more serious, I don't like him as much as before. I mean, I really loved him when he made a fuss over everything in Yuko's shop!

X is for?

No idea about this one, any suggestion peeps?

Y is for Yagami Kazuma (Kaze no Stigma)

• Yagami Light (Death Note)

I decided to go with Yagami Kazuma for Y. Well, he was able to make me love him from the first time he appeared in the Kaze no Stigma anime. His ability to control wind is what makes him so cool, not to mention that he's already good-looking without it. In other nominees we have Yuki Natsuno, who I really like for his cool yet caring attitude; Yagami Kousei who is droolicious Max! and Yagami Light (please don't write my name in Death Note because I didn't pick you :p).

Z is for Zwei (Phantom~Requiem for the Phantom~)

I only have Zwei for Z, but he's what you call pure awesome. Becoming the world's top assassin in just three months is his plus point. His skill was really something and he's good-looking, too, so, of course I can't resist his pheromones.
