Crazy Girl Shin Bia 4 of 19 by Hwang MiRee

Shin Bia's Great Escape throws Crown Prince Yoo Baek into turmoil. When the Future Husband and Wife reunite, however, Yoo Baek has no desperate clinch nor Possessive Lover's kiss to spare for Shin Bia. Instead, Bia finds herself at the wrong end of Yoo Baek's sword!

And as if an irate bridegroom-to-be weren't enough of a challenge, Bia faces another danger in Crazy Girl Shin Bia volume 4: she has to heal someone and account for her deeds before the King. What will happen to our tomboy Shin Bia naaw~?

What I'm moar interested in is: What happened between Shin Bia and her droolicious, would be assassin slash yet another prince running around here? (At last count, at least three princelings populated Shin Bia's alternate world.)

New m&c! titles

m&c! again rummages all over Southeast Asia for new GN and comes home with XOL: The Exolight by Sung Lin Gun and Y2Laud from Singapore, but my Above the Cut is reserved for the Cats! We Love You, Shiro! manga by Morie Satoshi. No discrimination intended, but Nihon wa ichiban :D

Shiro-chan's mother just abandoned him, forcing the confused little boy to ask Tae, the only domesticated cat in a town teeming with stray cats, to become his new ‘mother.’

m&c! hypes We Love You, Shiro! as a touching story of a boy looking for love. ITA. Shiro-chan—and Ichi—are chou kawaii :D Who is Ichi? GET! We Love You, Shiro! for the answer. (Hint: This is a shoujo manga, after all.)

Other Morie Satoshi manga
We Love You, Shiro! or Neko no Machi no Ko is Morie Satoshi's most recent compilation (JP release: 2011.01). Before Shiro, m&c! published the two-volume School Hotel in April and May 2010. It appears that Gakkou Hotel, released in Japan 2008.03 and 2008.12, represents Morie Satoshi-sensei's debut series because the two-chaptered Kowa Iro Henge, serialized in Hana to Yume in 2007, hasn't been compiled in any tankou.

She would go on to publish the three-volume, bishounen named for seasons (Haru (spring) the prince, Natsu (summer) the bishounen, Aki (autumn) the womanizer, and Fuyu (winter) the cold-hearted genius) gender bender Love Sick (from 2009.04 to 2010.02) and the two-volume Age Gap, Artist, Muse Hakuji (compiled 2009.06 and 2010.07).

I know I said that We Love You, Shiro! is Morie Satoshi's latest, but that's only half correct; she also topbills the upcoming Furachina Sisters omnibus slated for release this 2011.08.19. She also contributed the first one-shot in the Hanazakari no Kimitachi e: Tribute published in 2009.08 (story 2 to 6 from Furumiya Kazuko, with Nagahama Noriko and Fujitani Touko; Okabe Asagi; Miyuki Mitsubachi; Igari Soyoko; and Eiri Kaname).

If you're wondering why Morie Satoshi's art sooo resembles that of Takagi Shigeyoshi (Film Girl), wonder no more. They're twins.
